Learn correct alignment, advance your practice or understand how to work with injury or towards rehabilitation in your Aerial/Acro/Mat practice.

Aerial Yoga
for Personal Practice
If you have an Aerial Hammock/Sling at home but struggle to think of what do do in it, this is an incredible option.

Chantelle will engage in an in-depth discussion with you to identify your physical and emotional needs. From this she will create a personalised Aerial program, printed in full colour and bound.
She will explain and train your individualised program with you in detail during the 90 minute private training.

60 Minute Initial Consult.
90 Minute Private Training.
60 Minute Follow-up Consult.

Aerial Arts
Polishing for Performance
Chantelle specialises in assisting performers to polish routines for competitions and public performances. Her detailed and technical approach will help you refine your creative voice and assist you to perfect your execution and artistry.

These sessions can be conducted via a video submission of the routine (which will receive full and detailed feedback) or in person.
Please note: These private training sessions are suitable for ANY aerial apparatus.
