Explore the art of mobility training as we examine the secrets behind fluid movement and joint optimisation. Utilising the aerial hammock to enhance joint range of motion, flexibility, and functional capacity.


Gain expertise in stability training with regard to core strength, balance, and proprioception development through targeted exercises in the aerial hammock. Acquire in-depth knowledge exercises that enhance neuromuscular control, improve posture, and prevent injuries.

Course Content

  • 20-hour hands on training and mentorship.

  • 60+ mobility and stability aerial exercises.

  • Aerial Fitness Teachers Manual (distributed exclusively at the teacher training). 

  • Functional understanding of anatomy.

  • Alignment and Safe Practice.

  • A complete roadmap to sequencing an Aerial Fitness class for a variety of teaching spaces.

  • Certificate of completion.


  • The final assessment includes both a written and practical assessment.

  • All assessment items will receive verbal and written feedback.
