I have never done any Aerial classes before.  What classes can I attend?

I recommend Aerial Yoga - Low Flow or Slow Flow for beginners.  

 

After you have attended a few of these classes, we can have a chat and I can help you find the perfect class for you.

If in doubt, contact me and we can discuss the best options for your needs.

What do I wear to class?

Please DO NOT wear clothing with zippers, or jewellery that may snag the fabric.

 

I highly recommend wearing leggings that extend past your knees (or long fitted pants that allow for easy movement).  

For female bodies, I suggest a fitted crop top/ exercise bra.

Fitted T-shirts are generally more comfortable than singlets.

You don't need to wear socks (but can if you want ).

Do I need a yoga mat?

If you are attending an Aerial Yoga class or an Aerial Fit class and do own a yoga mat, please bring it along as we do use yoga mats in these classes.

If you don't own a yoga mat, don't worry, I do have some here at the studio that you are able to borrow.
