Cancellation Policy

At Elevate Aerial Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled class, event, or aerial certification program. To ensure fairness and efficient management of our offerings, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


1. Class Cancellation:

   - To be eligible for a refund or re-credit, class cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the start of the scheduled class.

   - Cancellations made within the 6-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or re-credit.

2. Term Enrolment Cancellation:

- To be eligible for a Term Enrolment refund, cancellation of the enrolment must take place prior to the term commencement.  

- Cancellations made after the term has commenced are not eligible for a refund.


3. Event Cancellation:

   - For events hosted by Elevate Aerial Academy, such as workshops or special collaborations, a minimum of 2 days' notice is required for cancellation.

   - Cancellations made within the 2-day window will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Aerial Certification Programs:

   - Aerial certification programs are intensive and involve significant planning and resources. Therefore, cancellation for these programs requires a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.

   - Cancellations made within the 3-week window will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds and Recredits:

- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used.

- Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a re-credit that can be applied towards future class bookings, events or courses.



- In certain exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency, we understand that cancellations may occur without sufficient notice. In such cases, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.


How to Cancel:

- To cancel a class, event, or aerial certification program, please go online and cancel via our website or app. If you are unable to do this then you may contact our studio directly via text or email. 


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It allows us to provide the best possible experience to all our students and ensures efficient management of our resources. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
