Terms & Conditions

Term Enrolment

1. Non-Transferable Enrolment:

Your term enrolment entitles you to 10 classes and is for a specific scheduled class within the designated term.  Term enrolment is non-transferable and is valid only for the registered participant.

2.  Make-Up Classes:

In the event that a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, Elevate Aerial Academy offers the opportunity for make-up classes, subject to availability. To be eligible for a make-up class, the student must provide a minimum of 6 hours' notice of cancellation. While every effort will be made to accommodate make-up class requests, please note that availability is not guaranteed, as classes may be fully booked. Make-up classes will be scheduled at the discretion of the studio, based on availability and class capacity.

3. Class Credit Validity & Usage:

In the event that a student provides sufficient notice of cancellation for a class, class credits will be issued. These class credits are only valid for the specific term for which the term enrolment was made. Class credits cannot be carried forward to future terms or transferred to other individuals. It is the responsibility of the student to utilise these class credits within the current term. Please note that class credits hold no monetary value and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy:

To be eligible for a re-credit, class cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the start of the scheduled class.

Cancellations made within the 6-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or re-credit.

4. Exceptions:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.  In exceptional cases, with a valid medical certificate we may consider transferring a portion of your term credit to the following term, subject to our discretion.

5. Pricing and Benefits:

Term enrolment offers the advantage of receiving two classes for free, compared to attending casually.

Please note that term enrolment is designed for those committed to attending classes consistently throughout the term. By enrolling for the term, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
