Studio Etiquette

At Elevate Aerial Academy, we strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all our students. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following studio etiquette guidelines:

1. No Shoes on the Black Safety Flooring: To maintain cleanliness and protect the floor, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes on the black safety flooring. This helps to preserve the integrity of the floor, which ultimately ensures our safety during aerial activities.

2. Clean Feet: While being barefoot is common in our coastal area, we request that you arrive with clean feet. This is essential to maintain studio and apparatus hygiene. By keeping your feet clean, you demonstrate respect for the studio and your fellow students.

3. Arrive on Time or 5-10 Minutes Early: Promptness is essential to create a smooth and uninterrupted class experience for everyone. Please make every effort to arrive on time or preferably 5-10 minutes early. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the flow of the class, so arriving promptly ensures a productive and enjoyable session for all.

4. Clothing and Jewellery: To protect our aerial apparatus and prevent damage, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing clothing with zippers or any jewellery that may snag the fabric. Aerial equipment is delicate and expensive to replace, so your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

5. No Parents Inside the Studio During Class: For the safety and well-being of our students, we kindly request that parents do not enter the studio during class, except during allocated watching times. This policy ensures a focused and distraction-free environment for students to learn.

6. Class Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. Class spots are limited, and by canceling in a timely manner, you allow other students the opportunity to join. It helps us manage the class schedule effectively and ensures that no student misses out due to an incorrect "full" status.

By adhering to these etiquette guidelines, we can create a harmonious and enjoyable atmosphere for all students at Elevate Aerial Academy. Thank you for your support and for being a part of our beautiful community!

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Many Thanks,

Chantelle Rawlings
