Aerial Yoga
Low Flow
If you love to nurture your body and nourish your inner being, you will adore this absolutely yummy Aerial Yoga Class.
Informed and inspired by Restorative and Yin Yoga practices this Aerial Yoga style utilises a low hammock, which makes it uniquely accessible and truly delicious. Prepare to be blissed out!

Aerial Fit
Mobility & Stability
This Aerial class is fast paced and fun. It takes the traditional components of Calisthenics, Pilates and Yoga into the air to build strength, endurance and flexibility. It is designed to strengthen and redefine your muscles, helping you to achieve all body definition and tone.

The use of the aerial hammock as a prop allows you an impact free workout that improves circulation and decreases back pain.
​
Please note: this is not an aerial yoga class.

Dance Hammock
for Teens & Pre-Teens
This class explores tricks, transitions and movement vocabulary of one of the most beautiful aerial disciplines - Dance Hammock.
In this class, students will build and develop strength, improve their flexibility and alignment and be trained in strong, safe aerial technique.
To get the most out of this class, students should have a desire towards personal progression and an interest in the art of creative expression.
Each term students will learn a choreographed aerial routine which will be showcased to friends and family in week 10.

Beginner Dance Hammock
4-week course
Whether you're completely new to aerial arts or have some experience, this course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of dance hammock techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Each week, you will participate in guided lessons that progressively build upon the skills learned in the previous sessions; from mastering foundational tricks to exploring the challenge of fluid transitions and sequences.

*No prior experience required, just a willingness to have fun. Suitable for ages 16+

Lyra
for Grown-up's
This mixed levels Aerial Dance class focuses on using the Lyra (Aerial Hoop) to explore the art of movement.
Ignite your creativity and discover your personal flair as you learn a range of skills and sequences on the lyra. This class will help you put together the new skills you learn into a choreographed routine.
Fall in love with moving in the air as you develop your strength, endurance and flexibility. All while being taught safe aerial techniques that cater specifically to your body and ability.​

Aerial Yoga

This gentle class will help you find greater flexibility and improved alignment & balance. You will find relief from chronic pain and discover greater health with the incorporation of decompressions and lymphatic drainage, and you will love the nurturing experience of Savasana in cocoon.

This audition only class explores the intricate artistry of Aerial Hammock tricks, transitions and movement vocabulary.
In this class, students will delve into the realm of refined tricks, seamless transitions and captivating movement vocabulary. Through rigorous training, students will cultivate strength, enhance flexibility and perfect their alignment all whilst honing impeccable aerial technique.

To get the most out of this class, students should have a commitment towards personal progression and a passion for the art of creative expression.
Each term students will learn a choreographed aerial routine which will be showcased to friends and family in week 10.

for Grown-up's
Art and self expression are one of the greatest joys of this human experience. Whether you consider yourself a dancer or simply love to express yourself through movement, you will love Dance Hammock!
In this class you will learn Aerial Hammock tricks and transitions and put it all together into a choreographed routine.
Celebrate your body and give voice to your individual creativity as you flow through interesting sequences. Develop your strength and flexibility and explore the art of dance in a way which nourishes body, mind and soul.

Each term you will have the opportunity to bring your newly acquired skills together and create a beautiful choreographed routine that incorporates both solo and duo skills.

Led by industry expert and founder of Elevate Aerial Academy, Chantelle Rawlings, this class is designed to refine and elevate your artistry.

In this class you will your have the opportunity to expand your movement vocabulary, through sequence creation and choreographed routines whilst focusing on musicality, and performance technique.
This class offers a supportive and engaging environment to refine your technique and expand your creativity.
