A mixed levels Dance Hammock routine class for ages 11+
Description
This class explores tricks, transitions and movement vocabulary of one of the most beautiful aerial disciplines - Dance Hammock. In this class, students will build and develop strength, improve their flexibility and alignment and be trained in strong, safe aerial technique. To get the most out of this class, students should have a desire towards personal progression and an interest in the art of creative expression. Each term students will learn a choreographed aerial routine which will be showcased to friends and family in week 10. Please note: this is not an aerial yoga class. *No dance experience necessary.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation: To be eligible for a refund or re-credit, class cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the start of the scheduled class. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or re-credit. Refunds and Re-credits: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a recredit that can be applied towards future class bookings, events or courses.
