Welcome to the Beginner Dance Hammock Course! In this 3-week aerial program, you will embark on an exciting journey into the world of dance hammock. Whether you're completely new to aerial arts or have some experience, this course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of dance hammock techniques in a safe and supportive environment. What You Will Learn: - Fundamental aerial hammock skills and techniques - Correct body alignment, muscular activation and form - Beginner level dance hammock sequences - Strength and flexibility exercises - Creative expression through choreography Course Structure: Each week, you will participate in guided lessons that progressively build upon the skills learned in the previous sessions; from mastering foundational tricks to exploring that challenge of fluid transitions and sequences. By the end of this 4-week program, you will have gained improved strength and a solid foundation in dance hammock artistry. In most cases we recommend that you complete the Level 1 and Level 2 4-week courses before joining the Dance Hammock for Grown-up's class, however, each of us are individuals, so this in not always your pathway. Requirements: No prior experience is necessary to join this course, just a willingness to work hard and have fun. Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation: To be eligible for a refund or re-credit, class cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the start of the scheduled class. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or re-credit. Refunds and Re-credits: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a recredit that can be applied towards future class bookings, events or courses.
