Aerial Yoga Release & Restore

Instructor Training | Where movement becomes medicine

Building on the foundations of movement and teaching, Level 3 invites you into deeper integration—where biomechanics, fascia, and refined cueing come together with clear intention. This course focuses on intelligent adaptation, injury-aware modifications, and the evolution of your teaching voice. With a continued thread of yogic philosophy, this training is designed not to test the limits of your body, but to expand the depth of your awareness, precision, and impact as a teacher.
