Aerial Yoga Level 3
Instructor Training |Where understanding becomes expression
Building on the foundations of movement and teaching, Level 3 invites you into deeper integration—where biomechanics, fascia, and refined cueing come together with clear intention. This course focuses on intelligent adaptation, injury-aware modifications, and the evolution of your teaching voice. With a continued thread of yogic philosophy, this training is designed not to test the limits of your body, but to expand the depth of your awareness, precision, and impact as a teacher.

Informed and Intentional
This 20-hour in-person training marks a shift from doing to understanding. Level 3 is designed for those ready to integrate technical depth with thoughtful application—where anatomy, fascia, and biomechanics become tools for adaptability, clarity, and confident communication. You’ll learn to teach advanced asana with intention, modify for a range of needs, and refine your ability to explain not just how, but why. It’s a training that deepens not just your knowledge, but your capacity to guide with presence, perspective, and purpose.

What People Say ...

“I appreciated that I didn’t have to master every shape to feel like a teacher. Chantelle created space for learning, questioning, and refining—and I left with tools I’ll use in every class I teach from now on.”

“As someone in my sixties, I wasn’t sure if Level 3 would be beyond me—but it wasn’t about pushing harder. It was about understanding more deeply. I felt respected, supported, and genuinely seen. This training reminded me that age is not a barrier to excellent teaching.”

“This training was the bridge I didn’t know I needed. It pulled everything I’d learned together and helped me teach with more purpose, more presence, and way more compassion—for myself and for others.”
